Valentine's Day Goodies!
Here's a way to impress your significant other--easy, delicious and quick!

Chocolate Cherry Bars

1pkg.             Chocolate Fudge Cake Mix
2                    Eggs
22 oz. jar        Clearbrook Farms Cherry Tart Filling
1 tsp.              Almond Extract

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 15 X 10 inch jelly roll pan. Combine all ingredients and spread in the prepared pan. Bake 20 to 30 minutes, or until done. Cool and frost with chocolate frosting. (Recipe follows):             

Creamy Chocolate Frosting

1 cup              sugar
1/3 cup           milk
6 oz.               dark chocolate chips
5 T                  butter

In a small saucepan, combine sugar, butter and milk. Bring to boil and stir constantly for one minute. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips until smooth. Pour over bars. When cool, cut into individual bars.
